You can always contact smart pharma for information on the following matters under the Law:

- To request information on the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically
- To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and to request notification of the third parties to whom the personal data were transferred
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stipulated in the Law
- To request notification of the transactions made as per your requests for correction or deletion to third parties to whom personal data are transferred
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data
You can submit your requests regarding your rights mentioned above to smart pharma through the Data Subject Application Form, via notary or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your request will be responded to as soon as possible and within no later than thirty (30) days in accordance with the law. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, smart pharma reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with the Law.
